Shipping policy

We want to deliver our products to you as quickly as possible, but also balance speed with cost. For that reason, we offer a range of expedited and standard shipping options.

Shipping options, including international shipping options, are available and calculated at checkout.

* We do NOT charge or collect any sales tax. Any local tax or international import duties are based on your country/location and may be be due on or prior to delivery.

Everything you see here is made here, in house.

The aim is to try to keep production ahead of orders without creating excess stock, so production is ramped up or down based on sales. That means we can run out quickly when there is a surge in sales. When an item is out of stock, we will continue to accept backorders/pre-orders on some items and fulfill these orders as quickly as we are able to make more.

All in-stock items should ship with-in 1-2 days, occasionally this is impacted by travel or other studio work. We'll do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.

* For items that are on preorder/backorder the wait times can be several weeks, and vary based on a number of factors, including waiting for more raw material, packaging, or other product work that is currently tying up production. Again we'll try to get your order made and shipped as quickly as possible.
